Workout Wednesday
This last week, I haven’t been as active as I would have liked to be. I went to a birthday party in the weekend and also had to finish an exam project for Monday. Furthermore, I’ve been lacking energy due to an allergy attack. I have hay fever, which is killing me sometimes, so I didn’t sleep well for almost a week now.
Thursday: 4 km walk.
Friday: 10 km walk.
Saturday: Day off.
Sunday: Day off.
Monday: 5 km walk.
Tuesday: 6 km walk.
Wednesday (today): 30 min kettlebell workout
