Workout Wednesday
As some of you might know, I am pregnant and expecting a baby boy in December, so I don’t exercise that much, but I try to move my body for at least 30min each day. I prefer to walk or do some yoga and pilates. I have dedicated a spot in my living room for my yoga mat, yoga belt, pilates ring and ankle weights. I also have a stability ball, which I use for exercises to improve my balance and core.
Thursday: 6 km walk. 30 min yoga + pilates.
Friday: Beach day: Swimming in the ocean.
Saturday: 30 min yoga + pilates.
Sunday: 5 km walk.
Monday: 5 km walk.
Tuesday: 6 km walk.
Wednesday (today): 3 km walk.
