Nyt i garderoben: Seamless træningstøj fra H&M

Jeg er generelt stor fan af H&M’s træningstøj. De er begyndt at lave mere og mere seamless i deres kollektioner, hvilket er fantastisk, da det føles så skønt at have på. Jeg har blandt andet købt følgende: Seamless træningstights Seamless træningstrøje Seamless træningstights (kan ikke finde dem online længere). Indtil videre har jeg kun brugt de seamless træningstights, men tænker at jeg kommer til at bruge blusen til træning udendørs.  

Weekend shopping for my workouts

I’ve finally started working out again after a long period of only walking and not much else due to my pregnancy.  Every Friday I go for one hour of Pilates at Pilates Cph here in Copenhagen together with my babyboy. It is very effective  and I hope to soon be ready to do some more intense workouts. I really need some new workout clothes (as I don’t fit most of what I already have), so I did some online shopping in the weekend at hm.com:   Top Top Tights

Workout Wednesday

The photos are from last week, when my boyfriend and I went to the family cabin in Sweden for a little retreat. The place is ideal for relaxing, reading and just being in the moment without too many distractions. WEDNESDAY: 30min canoeing THURSDAY: 30min yoga FRIDAY: 30 min canoeing + 30min yoga SATURDAY: Day off. Workout Wednesday

This last week, I haven’t been as active as I would have liked to be. I went to a birthday party in the weekend and also had to finish an exam project for Monday. Furthermore, I’ve been lacking energy due to an allergy attack. I have hay fever, which is killing me sometimes, so I didn’t sleep well for almost a week now. Thursday: 4 km walk. Friday: 10 km walk. Saturday:  Day off. Sunday:  Day off. Monday: 5 km walk. Tuesday: 6 km walk. Wednesday (today): 30 min kettlebell workout Remember to follow on Instagram for daily updates: @selshi 

Workout Wednesday

As some of you might know, I am pregnant and expecting a baby boy in December, so I don’t exercise that much, but I try to move my body for at least 30min each day. I prefer to walk or do some yoga and pilates. I have dedicated a spot in my living room for my yoga mat, yoga belt, pilates ring and ankle weights. I also have a stability ball, which I use for exercises to improve my balance and core. Thursday: 6 km walk. 30 min yoga + pilates. Friday: Beach day: Swimming in the ocean. Saturday: 30 min yoga + pilates. Sunday: 5 km walk. Monday: 5 km walk. Tuesday: 6 km walk. Wednesday (today): 3 km walk.   Remember to follow on Instagram...
