Workout Wednesday
The photos are from last week, when my boyfriend and I went to the family cabin in Sweden for a little retreat. The place is ideal for relaxing, reading and just being in the moment without too many distractions.
WEDNESDAY: 30min canoeing
THURSDAY: 30min yoga
FRIDAY: 30 min canoeing + 30min yoga
SATURDAY: Day off.
SUNDAY: 4 km walk
MONDAY: 2 km walk
TUESDAY: 5 km walk
WEDNESDAY: 15 min workout (butt and legs) + 7,5 km walk
